The Teacher Supervisor
Mr Andy Nurney
Mr Nurney is our teacher supervisor for our challenge week group. He brought with him years of experience leading school expeditions in various parts of the world. A keen Triathelete, Mr Nurney is very experienced in sporting and outdoors education. A die hard Manchester United fan, Mr Nurney is keen to supervise all of our planning for the trip! With a deep passion of teaching and educating young man and woman, Mr Nurney will ensure that The Hebats will have an amazing learning experience during the trip to Phnom Penh. Safety is his number one priority. The Hebat is under the watchful eyes of Andy Nurney, Head of Humanities and Geography in SJI International Singapore.
The CAS/Challenge Week Coordinator
Mr Martin Walsh
Mr Martin Walsh is really a typical Lasallian with the motto of “man of others”. Mr Walsh is really committed when it comes to service. He has led countless service trips all across the globe. Under Mr Walsh’s supervision, not only The Hebat but the whole year group will experience an amazing service trip all across south east Asia and South Asia. Mr Walsh is the school’s CAS coordinator and English teacher
The Head of Senior School
Mr Renato Rainone
Mr Rainone is the Head of the SJI International Senior School. He will ensure that we leave and return in one piece and that we meet all of our deadlines.
